How did you get here?
Following my dreams and passion; working hard and bringing smiles to people around the world. Thinking in a limitless way has brought me very far.
What do you love the most about what you do?
I love making imagination become a reality. I love to make something out of something that most people would not see become a palpable reality.
What continues to motivate you?
Elevating our standard every day a little bit more and searching for perfection. Bringing out happiness in people, expressing feelings on plates, and expressing a little bit of love and passion every time.

How did you get here?
My husband’s tenacity towards his dream made me fall in love with the food industry and opened my eyes to a whole different way in which I can contribute to a better world.
What do you love most about what you do?
What I love most about what I do is I get to connect with people. I get to pour a drop of love into the world each day and have the chance to contribute to making the world a better place by smiling and serving.
What continues to motivate you?
What continues to motivate me is the desire to continue, spreading love, support, passion, progress, and unity through this industry. It’s my main focus to have a space that feels like home while working towards a bright future.

Joesph Dávila
“Teamwork is better work.”
Joesph, who also goes by Joe, grew his love for cooking thanks to his parents who taught him, since his early years, all the basics of Puerto Rican cuisine. When he landed his first job as a cook, all those moments cooking alongside his mother came back, affirming he belonged in the kitchen. His enthusiasm and passion for cooking comes from being able to create art together alongside his colleagues and being able to provide an experience for those who come to enjoy it. “It is an honor, a privilege, and a blessing to be able to share my days with our work family doing what I love.”

Naysha Serrano

How did you get here?
I came here as a server, not knowing how much I was really going to love this company–this group of amazing people. It’s amazing what we can do when surrounded by people who truly believe in us and support us.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love what I do in general because it challenges me everyday to get out of my comfort zone, expand my knowledge, and push my limits (in a good way!). However, what I love most is that get to create for others to enjoy, whether it is serving them their favorite plates or if it’s simply by sharing an Instagram post; I love being of service.
What continues to motivate you?
My team. My team motivates me to do better and knowing I have them in my corner, also doing their best, pushes me to continue to do more. My family, my dogs, and my team are my everyday motivation.

Production Manager
Natalia Alfonso
Natalia joined the team in June, and since then has been a paramount addition to the team. Her hard work and dedication continue to motivate the entire team every day. We asked her what keeps her going and she said her daughters are her driving force. We are so ecstatic she is with us, and can't wait to see all the amazing things she will continue to do!
