Your New Favorite Salmon
Prepare to taste the best salmon by the one and only, you. Easy-breezy, get your cast iron, or sauté pan, and put your apron on; this might turn into a delicious mess (just kidding, it’s that easy). Grab the following ingredients:
- 6oz Fresh Salmon (or really, the fish of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon MADE BY COOKS Sesame & Ginger Sauce
Now, let’s get cookin’!
Season the salmon with ½ teaspoon canola oil, salt, and pepper, to taste. Put the salmon to the side to let it rest and soak up the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350º. On medium heat, take a moment to sear the salmon on your cast iron, or sauté pan, while your oven is pre-heating.
Get that crust to a perfect golden color and baste with your new favorite Sesame & Ginger Sauce. Once basted, put the cast iron in the oven for 5 minutes or until the salmon reaches the desired doneness. For sauté pan, take the salmon out of the pan and place it in an oven-safe sheet pan and cook until the desired doneness.
Once out of the oven add some rice, vegetables, salad, or perfectly crispy tostones to accompany your new favorite salmon. Enjoy!
